With a strong background in accounting and finance, Caitlin leads the day-to-day financial growth of New Roots Solutions. Caitlin graduated from Illinois State University with a Master’s in Accounting. Shortly after, she began her career in public accounting where she learned that the small business client base is what really interests her.

Alex Tkaczuk is the leader of the Business Development team at New Roots Solutions and has played an integral role in the dramatic growth associated with the organization. Prior to joining New Roots, Alex spent many years in the healthcare sales realm and has been a top performer at every stop. With an MBA in Finance, Alex understand both the business side and personal side to every client’s needs.

As the founder and principal of the organization, Alex plays a key role in every day intention of the company. He communicates with other team members to gauge and guide the overall direction of the firm. Alex possesses an MBA in Finance and has countless years of healthcare business development under his belt.
